| I don't own a Debit/credit card? |
If you don't own a Debit/credit card or you don't feel certain releasing your details, we can offer a number of alternative payments that will ensure you can still receive our products. These include Paypal. When you order the products, you simply select your payment method at the checkout, you will then receive an email detailing all the information you require

| Will my card remain secure throughout the ordering process? |
At Fred's, we understand the need to ensure your security is always upheld. We use your card details to pay for your goods, and then we destroy them. They are passed to our processing
department using a 128Bit Secure Socket. This is seen in the address bar, the address should be https: instead of http:. If there is not an 's' in the address, then you should never enter your details.
We never have card details flying about, they are used only for payment and then destroyed securely. |

| What happens once I have paid? |
When you have completed the order by pressing 'Submit Order', you will automatically receive an email stating all the details you require, including the Terms & Conditions, Returns, Refunds, Guarantees, Privacy Policies, Payment details and some special offers.
This email confirms that the order has been received by our processing Department. Once this has been received, we will ensure that we process the order within the following 24 hours after submission.
When the order has been processed, we will automatically send you another email to confirm it has been despatched. This will then complete the order.
