All information on this page represents the Fred's Clothing privacy policy. Fred's Clothing is committed to protecting your privacy. All information gathered from your order will be used lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Shop Safe Code of Practice. However, we reserve the right to hand the information to the relevant authorities in the event of suspected fraud.

Though we do not collect any sensitive information about you, we do require your Credit/Debit Card and address details to process your order properly. Any information we hold on you is accurate and up to date. If you believe any of our information to be incorrect, or if you would like to alter your details, please contact our customer services department. This will enable us to keep our database accurate.

INFORMATION SECURITY

We hold your information for the least possible time to ensure your security. We do not hold your Credit Card details in our archive; we only store your name, address, invoice number, and order details. This is for future reference regarding your order. Hence, you will need to give us your Credit Card details again for every order you make. You may visit our registered address by appointment to view your information at any time. Just contact our customer services team at sales@fredsclothing.co.uk and they will arrange this for you.

Fred's Clothing does not hold time sensitive information. Fred's Clothing does not send any spam or unsolicited emails to anybody. We will only email you regarding your order.
